Casting Type
The high-pressure foaming machine injects rigid polyurethane foam raw material into the cavity between the steel pipe and the outer protective layer in one step, forming a polyurethane insulation layer for pipeline insulation. This layer exhibits excellent thermal insulation and mechanical properties, creating a solid and integrated structure among the steel pipe, outer pipe, and insulation layer.
Spray and Wrap Type
Spray-wrapped pipes consist of a steel pipe, a spray-applied polyurethane insulation layer, and a polyethylene wrapped protective layer. During production, the thickness of the polyurethane insulation layer and the outer protective layer can be quantitatively adjusted based on the parameters of the medium in centralized heating and cooling systems and the required insulation thickness to minimize heat loss, meeting the needs of various projects.
