Wanhua Energysav Group has successfully completed the main structural work for Phase I of LiHua Power’s multi-billion CNY large cylindrical battery project. “Production equipment installation commenced in early November, with commissioning scheduled by late December. Mass production is projected for Q1 2025,” stated a LiHua Power executive.

Currently, only industry leaders like Tesla and EVE Energy have achieved small-scale production of 46-series large cylindrical batteries worldwide. LiHua Power has achieved full technological breakthroughs, completing batch prototype production. Its products deliver superior energy density (300Wh/kg+), extended cycle life (5,000+ cycles), rapid charge-discharge capability (4C), and enhanced safety, making them ideal for renewable energy storage, commercial/industrial ESS, residential ESS, compact EVs, and new energy vehicles.

Wanhua Energysav Group deployed its signature product – polyurethane-edged metal-faced rock wool sandwich panels. Featuring vertically oriented rock wool cores, polyisocyanurate edge sealing, and premium metal surfaces, this solution empowered LiHua Power to construct environmentally advanced industrial facilities that exemplify sustainability.

Despite weather-induced disruptions from torrential rains and typhoons, all project units were delivered on-spec and on-schedule amidst complex cross-disciplinary operations. This achievement demonstrated Wanhua’s unparalleled technical prowess in extreme construction environments, earning exceptional client recognition.
